After selecting a seat, if payment is not completed within 30 minutes, your selected seat will be automatically released.
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation message via the registered email address or telephone number.
Participants will receive an e-ticket containing a QR code via email or WhatsApp, or it can be viewed on the My Ticket page at

1 ticket is only valid for 1 (one) participant.
Participants must exchange their electronic tickets for physical tickets on the day of the event.
Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another session. Please review all details carefully before completing your transaction.
Participants are prohibited from bringing sharp objects, weapons, food, or drinks into the theater area.
Participants are expected to be able to follow the session of the event until the end.
